I saw how this applied during my first meal delivery. I found myself choosing to put on brand-new gloves when switching between dishes to preserve the purity of each meal. I inspected every leaf, trimmed every piece of meat, and recorded exact ingredient amounts for repeatability.

When I prepared my invoice, I went through line items on my receipts to determine exact cost of raw ingredients. I calculated hours across prep, cooking, shopping, cleaning, and packaging, applied standard hourly rates, and subtracted discounts—all transparent and traceable.

One of my clients is an entrepreneur with a family of celebrities. My openness, honesty, and quality left an impression, and now I have another repeat customer.
